Important Information:

Veterinary consent may be required to treat your animal. When completing the new client form, please provide all relevant details of your animal’s medical history, including any recent injuries or illnesses. Failure to do so may result in your animal not receiving treatment during the visit, and full payment will still be required. Please note that I am unable to treat animals that require veterinary consent but do not have it.

What to expect after contacting Ashleigh:

Upon receiving your contact request, I will send you a New Client Form. This asks for information such as your animals address, medical history and registered vet. Once a suitable appointment time has been decided you will be sent a conformation email and a reminder email before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

Appointments cancelled within 24-hours of the appointment will be charged the full cost of treatment. If you cannot make your appointment, please let me know at the earliest convenience via phone call, text or email. By letting me know as early as possible this allows me to offer the appointment to another client that may need it.
